您後悔了嗎?

昨天,從新屋回來,另一半在洗刷時,我突然問一句 " 老公,您有後悔買這間屋子嗎?”他愣了一下,然後慢慢的說 ”我沒有想過這個問題,我只想到怎樣可以弄好這間屋子,因為這幾年我也在辛苦供著它。”

買屋子對大馬人民而言,是人生的挑戰,後悔了也是牵伴幾十年的事。昨天,又去了新家一趟,主要是與設計師商討裝修事宜,很多朋友說: 即然不喜歡,就暫時住一住,不要花太多錢裝修。我了解,但我想試著讓自己愛上它,象另一半說的,即然改變不了,那我們就以我們有能力下的範圍內弄好它,就如同孕生一個孩子。

昨天,我發現KOI TROPIKA的另一個問題,後面的工廠是除了打鐵外,還有修車,而且是專門裝修 ”飛車型”,在與設計師談著時,吵雜聲不時傳來,我忍住不發脾氣。另一半眼神一直喵向我,他知我的脾氣要發了。故意與設計師談著,不斷的(而且是每一項)都一直問我”是不是要這樣,是不是要那樣” 讓我暫時淡忘吵雜之聲。每一個事項不斷詢問我意見,我開始煩了,因為是在談著拉電線的事,我懂得個屁!

我被裝修車的吵雜聲搞到煩了,走出後面透一下子,他竟然有本事拖著所有的人走出來說,”Dear,您不要走開,您要過來看一看是不是要這樣。”我不行了,大喊:剛剛不是都講完了嗎?!這家新屋已是第二次讓我感到心煩意燥。有時去tesco及giant,看到koi的人在賣屋子。走過來兜售時,我眼神會叮住他,雖知不管這些人的事,但很想大罵” 被您們騙得還不夠,還想要繼續騙人嗎?

Stay first & see whether you like it or not. Actually, there will always got pros & cons for the house. House will not be perfect 100%, but to what extent you like it. If you really not very happy with current house after staying, I think you can do as below:

To minor decorate & stay for 5 years, then on the third year, prepare to buy new house. After 5 years, if you sell off the current house, bank will not charge you penalty.On third year, if you buy a house, it will take 2 years to complete. Nowdays, even the first 10% downpayment you can pay monthly 0% installment, tight up with credit card company. After new house complete,you can move in new house. The current house, you can either rent out about RM600-700 (semi-furnish) to cover the monthly bank loan, or sell off the current house.

for Koi Tropika & always keep in touch with the latest complaints or news.

Pls do not always think of no money and give up at the end, staying unhappily till end of life. Always strike for good changes. I have experience before. What my advice is find a way & make it possible. Finally, you can make money form the property. The profit made can either as children education fund or your pension fund. This is what is meant by financial plan.
